(en.sonla.gov.vn) According to the reported data, as of April 15, 2025, the cumulative total number of enterprises in the entire province reached 3,897, with a total registered capital of 79,246.39 billion VND.
From March 15 to April 15, 2025, the province received and processed 283 enterprise registration dossiers, marking a 48.7% increase compared to the same period last year. All 283 dossiers (100%) were submitted and processed online. During this period, 88 new enterprises and affiliated units were established, up 50% year-on-year, with a total newly registered capital of 545.1 billion VND, representing a 39.7% increase. Two enterprises and affiliated units re-registered to resume operations, a 40% decrease compared to the same period last year; 13 enterprises and affiliated units registered to temporarily suspend business activities; and 14 enterprises and affiliated units were dissolved.
The labor utilization index of industrial enterprises in April 2025 increased by 0.03%
The estimated labor utilization index of industrial enterprises in April 2025 increased by 0.03% compared to the previous month but decreased by 5.59% year-on-year. Specifically, the state-owned enterprise sector declined by 0.07% compared to the previous month, while non-state enterprises increased by 0.11%. By industrial sector, the labor utilization index decreased by 2.44% in the mining sector, increased by 0.24% in the processing and manufacturing sector, decreased by 0.11% in the electricity production and distribution sector, and declined by 0.37% in the waste management and wastewater treatment sector.
In the first four months of 2025, the labor utilization index of industrial enterprises decreased by 5.90% compared to the same period last year. Specifically, the state-owned enterprise sector declined by 4.33%, while non-state enterprises fell by 4.94%. By industrial sector, the labor utilization index dropped sharply by 60.96% in the mining sector, decreased by 5.78% in the processing and manufacturing sector, declined by 0.88% in the electricity production and distribution sector, and fell by 3.65% in the water supply, waste management, and wastewater treatment sector.
