The meeting agreed upon several tasks to focus on as follows:

Focus on and prioritizing overcoming the floods at the end of July and soon stabilizing people's lives. The People's Committees of districts and the city continue implementing the "Four on-site." motto (On-site command, on-site forces, on-site means and materials, on-site logistics.) to handle urgent matters, stabilizing people's lives promptly, and reporting and timely making proposals to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct issues beyond their authority, and raising vigilance, absolutely not be negligent or subjective, and observing the situation and unusual weather variation to respond and prevent the next floods quickly.

In addition to regular tasks under their functions and duties, departments, boards, branches, the People's Committees of districts, and the city focus on implementing the following key tasks and continue deploying the resolutions of the ninth session of the Provincial People's Council. Departments and branches assigned to preside over and advise on resolutions submitted to the session continue to proactively propose the Provincial People's Committee issue documents specifying the implementation or prepare paperwork guiding implementation according to their authority.

The departments, boards, branches, People's Committees of districts, and the city continue resolutely implementing solutions to promote disbursement of public investment capital, 03 National Target Programs; strictly implement tasks and solutions on rectification and strengthening management of advance payment of public investment capital from the state budget; closely coordinate in the process of performing tasks; regularly exchange information, implement online information regime with the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve difficulties and problems in the process of performing tasks; for complicated issues related to many sectors and fields, report to the Provincial People's Committee (At regular meetings) for discussion and agreement.
