Departments: Planning and Investment, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Agriculture and Rural Development; Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board; People's Committees of Moc Chau and Van Ho districts: closely coordinate and effectively implement the opinions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee at the inspection, grasp the situation of investment preparation work for the construction of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway, the section in Son La province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, boards, branches, People's Committees of districts, the city, and investors must have a spirit of innovation, high political determination, and greater responsibility in implementing and disbursing public investment capital and the National Target Programs in 2024, focusing on immediately overcoming the shortcomings and limitations of previous years, overcoming difficulties and challenges; rectifying the sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants in researching and advising on task implementation; proactively researching, reviewing, and anticipating situations that may arise in site clearance to propose appropriate and timely solutions, not waiting until the project is approved, there are difficulties and problems in implementation, then researching solutions to promote disbursement of public investment capital; improving the efficiency of capital use, creating momentum for socio-economic development.

The Department of Finance leads in urging the implementation of budget collection solutions, striving to achieve the budget collection in the first quarter of the locality.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment presides in advising on the implementation of the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the meeting with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the development of the Natural Resources and Environment sector and other issues related to the field of natural resources and environment.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development strengthens the direction and inspection of forest fire prevention and control, drought prevention and control, and disease prevention and control for crops and livestock; presides in advising on the implementation of the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the meeting with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the development of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector and other issues related to the agriculture and rural development sector development.

City People's Committee urgently completes the project adjustment dossier for the route from the Square - Hua La Commune Center, Son La City, submitting it for early appraisal and approval and taking advantage of favorable weather to speed up the implementation progress, completing the handling of landslides on the slopes before the 2024 flood season.

Quynh Nhai District People's Committee takes advantage of favorable weather to speed up the implementation progress of the Quynh Nhai District Flood Control Drainage Project and strives to complete the most basic and urgent contents before the 2024 flood season to avoid flooding in the district center.
